02What data we collect
We collect only the data you provide to us voluntarily:
- Contact form: full name, email address, subject of the inquiry, message content.
- Direct contact: the data you provide in an email or during a phone call.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics) are collected only with your consent - see section 04. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

04Cookies and analytics
Analytics scripts load only with your consent.
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited) for anonymous visit statistics. The script loads only after you click "Accept" in the consent banner - the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. Without consent no tracking script is loaded.
After consent, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) used to distinguish users and sessions. Google Analytics 4 does not log full IP addresses. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings - the consent banner will then appear again.
Independently of the above, we store your consent choice itself locally in your browser (localStorage, key unitx_cookie_consent), solely so the banner does not appear on every visit. This information never leaves your device.
05Recipients of data
Your data may be entrusted only to entities that operate our technical infrastructure:
- the website hosting provider,
- the email provider,
- Google Ireland Limited - the Google Analytics tool, only after you have given consent.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
06Retention period
We keep correspondence for as long as is necessary to handle the matter, and then for the period in which any claims may be brought. If the matter does not lead to cooperation, we delete the data once the correspondence ends.
07Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

08Providing data is voluntary
Providing your data is entirely voluntary, but necessary for us to be able to respond to your inquiry.
09Transfers outside the EEA
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, unless it follows from the server locations of our hosting provider. In such a case, the transfer takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. For Google Analytics, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA - on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
